We are looking for technicians with experience in painting, appliance repairs, renovations, projects, and on call emergencies.

Qualifications:
Self-starter attitude and reliable Complete all daily work order requests Assist with cleaning and maintenance of grounds and pools Preventative maintenance Install, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair:
o Urinals, Toilets, Sinks, Dishwashers, etc o Drywall, Paint, etc o Light fixtures o Minor and major repair of common areas Scheduled inspections of premises may include:
o A/C Compressors o Roofs and Stairs o Parking Areas o Laundry Facilities o Trash Enclosures o Walkways o Exterior Lighting Must have your own tools Education &
Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum of 1
years previous related maintenance required Ability to work independently Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull 20-50lbs Work flexible hours Job Type:
