The maintenance supervisor is responsible for quality control, training, covering weekly maintenance pools/spas when needed, performing quotes for weekly maintenance, resolving escalated issues for customers, weekly inspection and reporting of company vehicles, the career development of technicians under his/her supervision, and being an example of company core values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assure customers are handled in a timely and professional manner and overall customer satisfaction goals are achieved or exceeded.
Aide in/or scheduling and coordination of all maintenance and/or service routes Inspect pool maintenance for progress status, quality of workmanship, safety compliance, customer satisfaction and profitability concerns.
Help manage inventory and purchasing process.
Train weekly pool maintenance technician cleaners and service personnel.
Mentoring and grooming of maintenance technicians.
Cross-sell products to customers and order additional parts for expanded services.
Oversee vehicles including weekly quality inspections and routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the longevity of the company fleet.
Covering pools and/or routes when needed.
Administer and follow Company safety policies.
Aide in the management and oversite of all maintenance technicians and functions Oversee technical training and certification programs.
Learn industry standards and adapt to change with new industry standards.
Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma minimum Experience of 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role Certified Maintenance Specialist or Certified Pool Operator preferred.
TX Residential Appliance Installer License preferred.
SKILLS and ABILITIES Understanding products and applications in the industry; in-depth knowledge of equipment, practices, and standards; estimating skills; management skills; leadership skills and experience; computer literate; basic mathematic skills.
Maintain industry certifications as required.
