General Description:
Receive radio calls from production floor and dispatch support team properly with constant update communication Handles all shipping documentation in LIMA.
Liaison to MRO and Shipping companies Works with Customer service in Fort Worth on daily orders to be shipped Proactively makes daily calls to DCs with shipment status, Packing slip information Tracks down lost and late shipments Eventually will handle computer side of cycle counts and receiving inventory.
ODAS - other duties as assigned around normal warehouse functions Open work orders in the system as they are called in and update system as support roles relay information back Ensure support team completes work orders and capture updates in system once s/he has completed the task Update system with production and quality daily tracking numbers and escalate calls on quality alerts / status.
Manage spare parts inventory.
Maintains positive and encouraging working relations with support personnel and internal customers (production) Monitor work order progress and communicate updates effectively, in accordance with departmental protocols and processes Follows proper escalation procedures to keep the whole operations team informed on work order progress and plant status Ensures all work orders in maintenance system stay up to date and are closed appropriately Relays / Escalates information to the correct department when needed Informs all operations team managers and personnel with proper information when asked.
Track where maintenance is dispatched and monitor timing.
Detail oriented with good analytical skills.
Able to operate and problem solve to achieve goals.
Work experience requirements:
Previous experience with MRO (maintenance, repair and operations), & MMS (maintenance management system) tracking and/or work order systems.
Previous experience working with technical staff in manufacturing environment.
Experience in developing, presenting, and analyzing charts and graphs associated with manufacturing operational systems.
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and keep professional persona in a fast paced, and dynamic manufacturing environment.
Ability to interact in a manufacturing environment with internal and external resources.
Must have a good safety record and be able to promote an environmentally and healthy safe work environment.
Knowledge/Position Requirements 3 to 5 years' experience is preferred.

Must be very proficient in Microsoft (MS Access, Excel, Word, etc.
) Mechanically inclined with related experience, and ability to multitask such as taking calls, updating database, enter work orders, and tracking personal at the same time.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a team environment.
