Essential Duties and Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide support to the Director of Compliance in the execution of initiatives pertaining to the Compliance Management System.
Manage a team of Compliance Analysts by overseeing critical tasks necessary to maintain the Compliance Management System.
Support the Compliance teams' skill and knowledge development to successfully accomplish the duties assigned to the Compliance Department.
Serve as a liaison for the Company's various operational team by performing various levels of research and providing guidance in support of ongoing business initiatives.
Oversee and lead training relative to contract updates, Regulatory and State Law updates within the Compliance Team Partnering closely with the lines of business to meet business objectives and ensure consistent, accurate execution with company policies and as well as state and federal laws, compliance of procedures, reporting and management Provide management with a variety of monthly reports for Compliance testing, QC Monitoring etc.
Collect and compile statistical quality data.
Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Collaborate and communicate with the business to mitigate risk.
Perform other duties as assigned.

3-5 years of experience in a compliance role (Financial industry experience preferred) Clear, concise and professional written and oral communication skills.
Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills.

Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task to consistently complete assigned workload.
Self-motivated and dependable.
Strong knowledge of United Auto Credit Policies and Procedures Manual.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, internet skills, knowledge of SQL a plus.
Education/Experience Bachelor's degree (B.

) in business or related discipline (will consider relevant experience).
