Assists and works with the Lead Maintenance Technician providing outrageous customer service every day in all aspects of operations including resident and staff relations.
Assists in maintaining building exteriors and common areas which include picking up trash and maintaining cleanliness of hallways.
Responsible for completing make readies in a timely manner in compliance with company procedures and policies.
Experience in painting, electrical and plumbing preferred.
At least one-year prior apartment maintenance experience required.
EPA and CPO certification preferred.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements listed in the job description.
Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and a clean driving record.
