In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of real estate photos that are delivered to us from our outsourced editing team.
You will work closely with the editing team, overseeing and maintaining the quality standards of our image editing processes.
Your primary focus will be to review and correct any quality issues and provide clear feedback to the overseas team to ensure consistent and high-quality final deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
Perform thorough quality checks on real estate photos received from the outsourced editing team.
Review and assess images for consistency, clarity, exposure, color accuracy, and overall visual appeal, according to Real Home Pix's quality standards.
Identify and address any image editing errors, artifacts, or inconsistencies, ensuring adherence to company guidelines.
Collaborate with the editing team to provide specific, actionable feedback for improvement and clarify quality expectations.
Communication and Feedback:
Effectively communicate with the overseas editing team, both written and via Zoom, to address quality concerns and provide clear instructions for rectification.
Document and log quality issues, maintaining an organized record for reference and future improvement.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the overseas team, fostering open communication and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in photo editing, with a focus on real estate or architectural photography preferred.
Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
Understanding of color correction, exposure adjustments, and image enhancement techniques.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify subtle editing errors and inconsistencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clear and concise feedback to the overseas team.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage large volumes of images efficiently.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and guidelines.
Knowledge of the real estate industry and its visual standards is a plus.
