Our legal practice focuses on Commercial Property Tax and First-Party Insurance litigation.
We represent public colleges, large real estate investment firms, publicly traded companies and even the single property homeowner.
Currently, we are seeking an Attorney for our Property Tax practice.
Attorney - Commercial Property Tax We are seeking an attorney with 3
years of Property Tax experience to work in our Commercial Property Tax section.
Responsibilities for this position include managing and advising corporate clients, filing petitions, attending settlement conferences and mediation, and engaging in the discovery process.
The ideal candidate would be able to work out of the Fort Worth office; however, a licensed attorney living in Houston, or the surrounding areas would be considered for a remote position.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation for this position is competitive with large law firms, health insurance, paid time off, bar dues and CLE paid, and 401K.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
