25 an hour A luxury community in the Fort Worth/Benbrook area is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Make Ready.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Property clean up Power washing and blowing debris Making units ready for the next tenant Work orders Job Requirements:
Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow team members and have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and successfully complete a background check.

Education/
Qualifications:
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks for a fast-paced, demanding community.
Be dependable/reliable, producing timely work to company standards.
High School Diploma or GED required, maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is also required.
