com Operations Team Member:
We are looking to fill a position in our fast paced, ever-changing commercial HVAC service and project department.
The qualified applicant will join the operations hub to smoothly coordinate every call from beginning to end, working closely with other operation team members in our service and project department, sales, customers, and technicians.
A day in this role involves cross-department communication, coordinating schedules, ordering and tracking parts, accurately tracking expenses and costs associated with a project, maintain project timelines, and reviewing jobs and tasks with team members.
Success in this role would require collaboration with team members, ability to adapt to change, flexible, willingness to learn and grow, and strong communication skills.
Knowledge and experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft 365 applications- especially Excel, and Outlook, and previous dispatch experience is a plus.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Dispatch Job scheduling Finding and ordering equipment and parts Shipping and receiving equipment and parts Filing Multi-line phone system Tool check in/out Fleet management Data entry Able to work in an office and warehouse environment
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and communication Skills 3 yrs experience in administration minimum Fast learner Problem solving skills Multitasking Leadership Intermediate computer skills Internet search ability Positive attitude and patience Service industry experience a plus Requirements:
High School Diploma Pass Background Check Pass Drug Screen Work Schedule is Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.
We do have after hours on call which rotates between multiple members every week and is an incentivized bonus.
