ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES Receives and prepares required paperwork for all USPS trips.
Inspects all paperwork for accuracy.
Records all moves called out from dock employees and switcher driver.
Dispatches all moves that need to be made to switch driver.
Monitors emails from USPS.
Organizes and files all paperwork.
Put all BOL's in the trailer Monitor loaders and unloaders Assign orders Print all reports Performs other duties as assigned.
