Trinity Terrace, a premier upscale senior living community, is seeking a Part Time Human Resources Assistant, preferably with 1 year of experience in human resources in residential living, hotel, healthcare, senior living or other hospitality settings to support our Human Resources team.
We are not a nursing home or typical retirement community.
At our luxury, resort-like community, we are driven to provide our residents with the best hospitality the Fort Worth area has to offer.
The successful candidate will find great satisfaction in making people happy through relationship building, will be confident in onboarding and orientation processes and will be comfortable working with diverse groups and projects.
You will be a connector, networker, relationship builder and trusted source of information to all that you support in human resources.
You will be supported by a leadership team that is committed to one another and the employees that they serve every day.
Schedule:
Mon - Fri; 9am - 2pm flexible.
May be needed for occassional 9am - 5pm shifts.
Wages:
$20-25 /hr depending on experience.
What You Will Do Provide assistance and information to employees Assist with major projects to keep department running efficiently and in compliance Oversee all employee files and records and update reporting and tracking for licenses, attendance, training, etc.
Support recruiting and onboarding activities by checking references, sending out offer and rejection letters, answering to job inquiries, and completing onboarding paperwork Support employee engagement activities and events Complete department administrative duties such as ordering supplies, answering phone calls, writing and distributing memos, and completing paperwork We offer a morale-driven and friendly work environment (we want you to enjoy coming to work each day), competitive wages, and other fantastic
