It is currently working on several projects in the U.
S.
, including the North Tarrant Express (NTE) Projects (NTE Projects).
The NTE Extension Project is a part of the NTE Projects, which consist of a series of major highway improvements to the critical I-820 and SH-121/183 corridor in North Tarrant County, Texas.
The NTE Projects will relieve congestion, improve safety, and provide for anticipated traffic growth in one of the country's fastest developing regions.
The NTE First Project was a $1.
451 billion design-build project consisting of rebuilding the existing main lanes as well as adding four toll-managed lanes, frontage roads and auxiliary lanes in the corridor between I-35 West and Industrial Boulevard.
The NTE Extension Project is the next part of the NTE Projects.
The construction of the original $984 million part of the project (Segment 3A) was completed by North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC, and the current $580.
5 million part (Segment 3C) of the NTE Extension Project is presently being carried out by North Tarrant Infrastructure, LLC.
Job Description:
Summary:
The position of Human Resources Coordinator will administer Human Resources policies and procedures under the direction of the Human Resources Manager.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with and reports to the HR Manager regarding all HR matters.
Support HR Manager in educating employees on company policies.
Support initiatives for training, development, and succession planning.
Assist in the full cycle recruiting process including posting jobs, creating job descriptions, advertisement, interviewing, negotiation and offer processes, etc.
Participate in benefits plan design before annual open enrollment.
Assist with benefits and 401K administration including new hires, change reporting, billing and answering general questions.
Assist with performance management tasks, including annual salary review, development process and bonus administration.
Foster collaborative partnerships with multiple departments Foster positive employee relationships and work to solve any employee issues.
Resolve employee relations issues compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as Federal, State, and Local employment laws and regulations.
Help with new-hire onboarding:
including organizing employee orientations, creating new employee files, administering the handbook, I9 verification, ensuring all the necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate department.
Assist in the administration of employee off boarding activities.
Create reports for various metrics, and statistics.
Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed.
Ensure all employee records are filed correctly and kept confidential.
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, meeting agendas and notes, and employee action notices.
Assist with timekeeping, payroll verification and reporting.
Perform other duties as needed.
Desired Skills and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
A combination of experience and education may be considered for equivalency of a bachelor's degree.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience of progressive responsibility in similar positions.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to learn and team player.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
