We are currently seeking a full-time Charge Nurse RN to assist with nursing needs on our beautiful 51 bed Skilled Nursing unit.
Sign On Bonus:
All RN's are eligible for a $2500 Sign On Bonus.
About the role:
The Charge Nurse is responsible for the supervision of staff and delivery of all patient care within the Health Center during the assigned shift.
Overseeing and caring for our long term care and skilled nursing residents.
Assist in ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the highest practicable physical, mental and psychological well-being of each resident as determined by resident assessments and individual plans of care.
Supervising of CNA and Caregiver staff.

Experience:
License to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Texas, or compact license A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a long term care setting is required.
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing and/or long-term care setting.
