Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated team player to join our team as a Machine Operator.
You will be responsible for ensuring that your machine is running smoothly, working at capacity, and is maintained appropriately.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Must obey all OSHA, FDA, HACCP, and plant regulations/guidelines.
Responsible for adjusting applicable machine settings to the correct speeds based on the scheduled product that is being run.
May be responsible for adjusting guide rails based on jar sizes depending on the machine.
Must complete all work according to the established procedures and standards.
Assist with maintaining a safe work environment.
Ability to follow instructions and production schedules.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills Team Player who works well with others.
Must be able to read and understand written instructions.
Existing knowledge of Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices is preferred but not required.
Overtime and weekends as necessary.
