Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have the skills required to take a designed prototype fashion accessory and translate the product to our internal systems using established procedures.
Assist in the planning and coordination of import production activities, including spec sheet completion, sample tracking and ERP system item setup Collaborate with the design team to ensure that all products are produced in accordance with the design specifications Assist with negotiating pricing and terms with vendors Assist with the placement of purchase orders by determining efficient order quantities based on sales and retailer sale data Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of finished goods Maintain accurate records of purchase orders Help troubleshoot issues that may arise during the production process Maintain sales sample inventory About Trenditions, LLC Outstanding people and amazing new products are the key driver of our growth and success.

At least 2 years of experience in production and purchasing, preferably in the fashion accessories industry Associate's degree in a relevant field, such as fashion design, business administration, logistics, or supply chain management Knowledge of ERP software with Odoo experience a 'plus' Outstanding organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and accurate Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Passion for fashion or a willingness to learn about the industry Pay, Benefits and More We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement.
