The Compliance Program Manager administers Gladney's related compliance projects and programs working with cross-functional teams and focuses on improving and enhancing policies, practices, and processes company wide.
The Program Manager will lead complex assurance audits and activities to determine departmental adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, education/training requirements, and established policies and procedures.
The work involves participation in major projects and activities and includes data analysis, process and control documentation, quality measures, timelines and the gathering of strategic stakeholder inputs.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate effectiveness of compliance controls used by departments and programs as well as their compliance with applicable regulatory agencies.
Monitor the complex and changing network of federal, state, and local laws and regulations in order to spot compliance issues, propose and then implement solutions.
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners in Programs, Legal, Finance, and HR on complex projects to sustain and enhance compliance and accreditation standards.
Drive investigation, training, guidance and change management initiatives and improvement projects.
Assists in investigations of alleged breaches, misconduct other acts of non-compliance to determine the cause, extent and mechanisms for prevention.
Evaluate risk and root causes of potential threats and provides recommendations for improvement.
Oversee and manage the accreditation process agency-wide; manage outstanding survey documentation list for timely submission of information.
Conduct a systematic review process (mock survey) to ensure all program and sites are prepared in compliance with appropriate regulatory standards, established plans departmental policies.
Anticipate and manage reporting of performance and quality improvement metrics and outcomes to federal, state regulatory agencies.
Provide interpretation of regulations and helps programs and teams develop solutions, update processes and procedures.
Educates, develops and maintains compliance-related education and training material.
Facilitate the consolidation of compliance data to produce accurate and reliable information for decision-making and to support risk assessment activities required by the respective regulatory programs.
Develop audit programs to evaluate compliance, conduct audits/assessments, and write detailed reports to substantiate findings.
Serves as liaison with state and federal regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
7
years of related experience Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare, legal, regulatory compliance, project management, or data management / analytics.
Six Sigma, Lean, problem solving and process improvement experience preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively develop audit reports and correspondence with minimal supervision.
A team player with strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to analyze and assimilate data into reports.
Strong analytical skills, creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and detail-oriented Strong project and time management skills that enable on-time project delivery Experience with Texas state Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) / Single Source Continuum Contractor (SSCC) and licensing compliance.
Inter-country Adoption Accreditation and Maintenance Entity (IAAME) preferred.
Monitors and stays current on regulatory statues.
Experience with COA, or CARF desirable Job Type:
