The Program Manager, Business Growth Opportunities will be responsible for the implementation of program management for Business Growth products for Virtuoso's member agencies, travel advisors and preferred partners.
Business Growth products are those with bundled component packages usually consisting of marketing, training, and events aimed at increasing network sales and often including some level of enrollment.
This role entails identifying and coordinating the interdependencies across a highly talented matrixed team of marketing and training specialists, event planners, and subject matter experts from around the company.
The Program Manager, Business Growth Opportunities will manage the Virtuoso Travel Pop-Ups product which consists of month-long themed programs including a virtual event via Zoom and digital marketing.
The program manager is at the core - leading the behind-the-scenes initiative to ultimately provide a meaningful virtual event experience.
Leading up to the event, the program manager will be the primary contact to develop a detailed and deadline-driven execution plan in collaboration with internal and external clients.
During the event, the program manager will host and act as a virtual guide to attendees full of charisma and energy to provide a memorable and satisfactory experience.
The program manager will create engagement reports at the conclusion of each pop-up summarizing the return on investment.
Virtuoso's program management leaders work closely with product managers and department leaders to drive product goals forward and maintain internal program performance.
Deeply knowledgeable about our industry and customers, the product management team bridges the technical and business worlds to develop products that our customers love.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.

Implement the program management of Virtuoso Travel Pop-Ups serving Virtuoso's member agencies, travel advisors and preferred partners.
Host and facilitate monthly networking sessions via Zoom with charisma and confidence to provide a seamless virtual experience for participants.
Align with Product Manager on outcomes and KPIs to measure the product's success and meet long-term business objectives.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, scope program deliverables, and drive complex timelines.
Creation of virtual event presentations in PowerPoint.
Liaise with Preferred Partners on timelines, deliverables, and virtual event rehearsals.
Liaise with Marketing team on communication plan and deployment.
Liaise with Event Operations team on event registrations, Zoom Meeting setup, and event logistics.
Manage designated email inbox.
Liaise with Marketing on updates to landing pages on MyEvents site.
Create annual production schedule in collaboration with Marketing and Event Operations teams.
Collect and compile product evaluation via customer feedback and data analysis.
Create summary reports for preferred partners.
Maintain tracking sheets and dashboard in Smartsheet.
Liaise with Partnerships team to train on existing or new Business Growth product offerings and program management processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal stakeholders (marketing, training, technology, sales, business intelligence, and operations), and external agencies and vendors to complete initiatives on time.
Responsible for clearly articulating responsibilities, activities, and deadlines to teams.
Other responsibilities to support Business Growth products as assigned.
Educational and Skills Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred 3
years of Program Management or Project Management experience Experience collaborating with a matrixed product team Strong charismatic presence Desire to build interpersonal relationships Demonstrated track record of success in cross-departmental collaboration and communication Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated projects and competing priorities simultaneously Passion for building and scaling products that are technically excellent, aesthetically appealing, easy to use and loved by customers.
