We are seeking a Commercial Fleet Coordinator to support our Commercial Sales division.

1400 West 7th Street Fort Worth 76102 Position Purpose and Objectives The Fleet Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Account Manager and Client Service Representative to support our clients' vehicle order and delivery needs.
This person will have a broad range of responsibilities to our internal team, customers, as well as vendors.
An effective and successful Fleet Coordinator must be able to manage the unexpected, have excellent customer service skills and is a self-motivated team player.
Strong organizational skills along with attention to detail is a must for this role.
Major Duties and Essential Functions The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing the vehicle process from initial order through customer delivery.
They will also provide support to the President and General Manager of the Commercial Sales division on projects as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate and maintain the order management process for vehicles, from order to delivery Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams, dealerships, and vendors Perform vehicle locates for out-of-stock deliveries Coordinate with upfit vendors; verify pricing, work was performed properly and timely completion and delivery Monitor the vehicle order status and pro-actively communicate updates and order exceptions to team members Resolve questions and concerns that arise from vehicle ordering process Coordinate dealer paperwork process including; license and title laws and requirements as well as timely delivery Collect and prepare paperwork for vehicle payment Update internal internet system with status throughout the order life-cycle.
Produce applicable reports that can be shared with the customer.
Follow-up with dealers for delivery, registrations, insurance certificates, and various vehicle information Call customer/driver to coordinate delivery and follow-up to confirm they are happy
Qualifications:
Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent Associates' degree or higher in business or related field Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Minimum 2 years of administrative and/ or sales support in a professional office environment Comfortable in working with multiple software programs at one time Multitasking and stress management skills are essential Flexibility and positive team first attitude are a must Excellent customer service skills in-person, over the phone and via email correspondence Demonstrated problem solving and research skills Good negotiating skills Proven track record of success required Self-motivated and self-sufficient Personable/Charismatic Good Attendance and Punctuality High Sense of Urgency and Highly Organized Takes responsibility/committed to good decision making Effectively manage time to meet and exceed company set metrics and goals Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Must have strong written and verbal communicate skills (tact, diplomacy and influence) Proficient computer skills with in-depth knowledge of relevant software applications (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel) Professional appearance with reliable work ethic Consistent and stable work history All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen.
