3 Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description DFWSPF is hiring for the position of Operations Compliance Manager for our Corporate Office in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Compliance Manager is responsible for supporting the Operatios Manager in all aspects of the department (recruitment, new-hire implementation, interviewing, billing, and payroll), as well as for overseeing and/or facilitating various special projects independently.
The Compliance Manager serves as the principal liaison between the community and the corporate office for Operational and HR related issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
Manual and automated Payroll Processing of emploee (Security Officer's) timesheets Review time and attendance sheets, wage computation and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies; Recruiting, hiring and staffing contracts per SOW/PWS Contract compliance per respective SOW/PWS, Post Orders, DFW Handbooks, state licensing requirements, and applicable CBA's Positive client relations with applicable government or company representative to applicable contracts Positive union relationship with applicable union representatives and ability to respond to union concerns which include formal grievances Experience with automated hiring, scheduling, and compliance systems.
Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement an organized filing system Compile employee data and enter employee data into government systems as required Generate weekly manning reports for OPS Manager.
Generate weekly manning reports for Government Various administrative duties such as filing, faxing documents, and typing correspondence.
Compute wages and review time and attendance and enter data Review, code and forward billing documents to the Finance Department according to company guidelines.
Obtain, record and forward request entry into the HRIS data for each employee on contract, including information such as addresses, absences, FMLA requests, requests for terminations and notifies Government of all terminations.
Process new hires, maintaining an extensive local training matrix tracking nearly 20 items per individual.
Maintain employee personnel, compliance and medical files EQUIPMENT/ COMPUTER SKILLS:
Working knowledge of calculators, Fax machines, photocopying equipment, voicemail systems, scanners, computers and MS Office Be proud of where you work.

years of experience in Contract Operations Knowledge of government contracting a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills with staff and the public Strong interpersonal skills Must have courteous telephone manner Understand and follow standard operating procedures, to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance Good judgment decisions within proper policy and procedures Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail WORKING CONDITIONS Maintaining composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under conditions of urgency and in pressure situations.
Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, as well as, Drug Free workplace requirements.
Required ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Regular computer usage Handling and being exposed to sensitive and confidential information.
May be required to use vehicle for the performance of duties Regular talking and hearing Occasional walking, reaching with hands and arms, stooping kneeling, and crouching.
