Responsibilities:
Create and accurately file sales and residential-construction documents and reports.
Track and maintain the seamless and timely flow of documents between the sales and corporate offices.
Consistently deliver exceptional customer service with a pleasant speaking voice.
Maintain the retail sales office calendar, ensuring sufficient staff coverage.
Any and all other duties assigned, including committee assignments.
Requirements:
Work History - 3
years of administrative experience required; prior experience working in a construction/new-home sales office is a plus.
Qualifications - Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, team player, flexibility, and willingness to pitch in whenever any job needs to be handled at UBH.
Education - High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or comparable professional training and experience preferred.
