Provides administrative support to the compensation team for a agency wide company project Performs data entry from employee records for analysis and inputting it into Excel Capable of making decisions on research Provides analytical support to collect and analyze information abstracted from employee records Collaborate with Compensation Analyst team and Compensation Supervisor to provide updates on compensation matters.
Provides support in reporting and conducting analysis for agency-wide compensation project
Qualifications:
2-3 years of prior experience in Human Resources, Compensation, Finance, or Accounting Required knowledge of Excel spreadsheet Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines Able to adapt quickly to changing requirements and focus Must be able to work independently, work in a diverse team-oriented, professional, and fast paced environment College degree or equivalent professional work experience in onboarding, reviewing job descriptions, or research Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration Job Description The Compensation Analyst is the key resource for the company's salary and incentives programs and supports other compensation programs.

Work with Human Resources Manager and consultants on a variety of projects including program design, analysis, budgeting, and implementation of new programs.
Administer organization base pay and incentives programs including annual focal review and incentives/salary cycles.
Manage projects such as survey participation and analysis, compensation integration for internal equity and market reviews.
Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with HR manager to educate hiring managers.
Work with HRIS and IT staff to ensure that the HRIS system meets compensation needs and is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, etc.
Communicate salary and bonus programs in New Hire Orientation.
Assist managers with compensation related issues.
Assist with the ongoing administration of compensation programs and practices.
Participate in the development and delivery of annual budget, merit and bonus guidelines and manager reference materials during the annual year-end pay planning process.
Participate in salary surveys and provide market analysis on an annual and ad-hoc basis Develop job codes and descriptions for new and revised positions.
Review exemption status and ensure jobs are compliant with FLSA standards.
Must have Excel expert level skills.
Performs other related duties as required.
