US-TX-Fort Worth Overview Please note that we arenot accepting agency phone calls or referrals regarding vacancies with this position Cummings Electrical is searching for a positive, energetic, and self-motivated Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to add to our team.
The HR Coordinator assists with the day-to-day coordination of human resources processes, programs and initiatives including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, entering of employee data and employment changes into various systems, maintaining employees' records, etc.
Responsibilities These statements are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position.

Coordinates new hire processes such as background checks, drug screens, I-9 compliance, new hire orientations, interviews, employee badging, etc.
Maintains Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) records, ensuring data accuracy through self-audits and reports.
Performs routine filing, scanning, and archiving of records to ensure record retention.
Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
Responds to and routes employment-related inquiries from employees and supervisors.
Processes invoices for the HR team.
Maintains records and files in accordance with state and federal laws Responds to and route employee questions and concerns.
Supports employee recognition activities.
Generates and prepare identified HR reports as required.
Attends job fairs, community activities, and other public and department-related events.
Conducts employment related research and assist recruiting team with candidate sourcing through online resources, Applicant Tracking Tools, and social media.
Participates in and provide analytical support in design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programs.
Assists team in managing agency relations to include contract agreements and follow ups with agencies to ensure hiring needs are being met.
Creates and runs ATS tracking and audit reports.
Maintain records on applicant flow and outreach efforts.
Manages and maintains internal and external job postings, job boards, and employee referral program.
Assists in identifying issues affecting HR and implement activities to continuously improve processes.
Maintains highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
Minimum two (2) years of administrative support experience in HR, recruiting or related field, preferred.
Working Conditions:
Mainly office but may also include all other work environments as required:
sit, stand, talk, hear, use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone.
Work is generally performed in climate-controlled office environment.
Primary environment:
ambient room temperatures, lighting, and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
Considerable time is spent at a desk using a computer terminal.
May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
Can be exposed to hazardous materials, loud noises and extreme heat/cold temperatures, if visiting job sites or other off-site events.
Can be exposed to Heavy Equipment, slippery surfaces, uneven footing on the jobsite Moderate noise (i.
e.
business office with computers, phone, and printers, light foot traffic).
Physical Function:
Repeat the same mental activities.
Ability to operate a keyboard at efficient speed and typical business office equipment, including computer hardware.
Regularly required to talk and/or hear; use hands to operate objects, tools or controls (phone, computer, printer etc.
); and reach with hands and arms.
Work performed causes fatigue of eyes, fingers and other facilities because of continuous use of motor senses.
Vision and hearing at or correctable to normal ranges.
May be occasionally be asked to lift, stoop, kneel, and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands.
Regular, predictable attendance is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
