Beverage Careers Food Careers FOODS DIVISION Job Description The purpose of the VPT/Rebate Compliance Associate is to administer and control all vendor rebate, special pricing and promotional programs to ensure programs are adequately and efficiently maintained.

30am - 5:
30pm Job Responsibilities Administer and control all aspects of vendor/customer deviated rebate/pricing programs in the VPT system to ensure programs are adequately and efficiently maintained.
Administer and control all aspects of the Program Pricing System to ensure the accuracy of all customer invoice pricing.
Administer and control all bid activity in support of the RFP process.
Administer and control all Foodshow Allowance, Purchasing Allowance and Promotional Income and Marketing programs in the VPT system to ensure the proper management and maintenance of all programs.
Perform Departmental support functions including analysis and analytical review of financial and performance data.
Job Qualifications Must have 2 year administrative experience in an office environment Accounts Payable experience is preferred Sales Knowledge preferred.
Wholesale food service distribution experience preferred Must be proficient in data entry (10-key by touch and alpha numeric) skills and Microsoft office skills (Word; Excel) Must be able to type 50WPM
Must be Highly Organized High level verbal and written communication skills Must be able to multitask and work in fast-paced environment.
Must be able to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
