00; M-F Distribution Right of Way Analyst Summary o Working under supervision, the incumbent maintains the Oncor Electric Delivery (Company) distribution right of way documents (electronic, onsite and offsite storage) and ensures company right of way documents are processed in a timely manner, which includes payment processing of application fees, drafts and check requests received from others.
Under supervision, the incumbent is responsible for data entry of right of way documents into the electronic imaging system (alchemy) and the real estate and right of way system (RRIS).
Key Roles & Responsibilities other duties may be assigned, directly or through others, the incumbent:
o Under supervision, retrieves and identifies key information from easements, licenses, permits, releases, exclusions and encroachments essential to appropriate entry into the Company's land records databases (Alchemy/RRIS).
o With supervision, handles right of way documents as well as facilitates the filing, which includes applying the appropriates County filing fees, check processing, mailing and receipt of original recorded documents for entry of key document information, such as an assigned easement number, Grantee/Grantor, volume and page, county, survey and abstract, etc.
into the Company's permanent document files and land records database systems.
o With supervision, scans and indexes all Company right of way documents, new and old, into the electronic imaging system (Alchemy) and send to archives for permanent storageo When directed, the incumbent will process drafts and check requests from the Right of Way Agents and obtain the appropriate approvals for payment through Company's Treasury Department as well as process payments into the FIM System, all right of way processing fees, assessed by Distribution Right of Way request for Releases, Exclusions and Encroachments and assist in processing drafts and check requests.
o Assist the Right of Way Agents in research and retrieval of easement documents and alignment maps, from the Oncor permanent document records, for use in determining Company and third-party easement rights Education, Experience, & Skill Requirementso Basic knowledge of Oncor Electric Delivery and Departmental policies and procedures, familiarity of real estate industries practices, procedures, documents, etc.

o Knowledge and skill in the use of maps, plats and engineering drawings.
o High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of right of way experience (i.
e.
, easements, encroachments and releases)o Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
o Must be able to follow oral and written instructions.
o Know and follow the Company Code of Conduct, Core Values and Safety.
o General knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications including word, power point, excel and Outlook Measures of Successo Completes project assignments accurately, on schedule and on budgeto Timely and accurate processing of application fees, drafts and checks associated with property management requests affecting Company property.
o Efficient imaging and indexing of easements, encroachments, licenses, etc Pay Range:
$24 - $26 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
