Sales Representative! Impower Connection is a division of Imperial Construction, our parent company, a well-established construction manager and general contractor.
The company is currently working in the south-central region of the U.
S.
with plans to serve a national market.
We are seeking a proven, top-notch Sales Executive to help us closing new business and expanding Impower's presence in the marketplace.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Prospect for potential new clients and produce new revenue opportunities; build a robust pipeline of clients and opportunities to achieve specific sales goals.
Generates new leads through networking and prospecting, including cold calling, as well as using marketing activities of the company.
Meet clients and develop relationships at multiple leadership levels.
Meet and exceed sales quota and other KPIs as established by leadership.
Create and deliver proposals and contracts.
Maintain accurate records of accounts, contacts, and ongoing communications in the CRM.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
Minimum of 3-year sales experience required.
3 - 10 years of B2B sales experience with recent, demonstrated track record of selling to Director-level and higher and achieving and/or exceeding sales objectives.
Strong desire to be a collaborative team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales.
Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow-through.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and self-directed.
