The company is currently working in the south-central region of the U.
S.
with plans to serve a national market.
We are seeking a proven, top-notch Director of Sales to help us grow our business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
Coach & lead sales team.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Results focus idea generation, innovative and creative problem solving.
Rapport and relationship building focused on achieving results.
Engage commitment of others.
Take part in the hiring & growth of the sales team Action-oriented and collaborative decision-making.
Quick decision making in response to changing conditions.
Directive leadership to assure business results are achieved.
Establish and discuss sales goals, and make sure C-level executives are aware of the targets' status.
Ability to implement procedures and processes.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
Minimum of 10-year sales experience required.
6
years of sales leadership experience.
Electric Vehicle Industry or similar industry experience preferred.
(Renewable Energy, Electrical, Automotive etc.
) Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
Demonstrable success in a sales leadership role, coaching and leading a sales team.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and self-directed.
Travel up to 30% to client's as necessary PERKS:
Base $125k-$150k.
OTE $250k.
