8 1 hour ago Full Job Description Qualifications Job Overview As a Diversity Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Vice President and Assistant Vice President in the administration and coordination of the supplier diversity management software program and other compliance, tracking and reporting administrative matters.
What you will be doing:
Verifies the accuracy of data on vendor utilization reports entered in the diversity management software.
Coordination and conducting reporting training for staff, contractors and subcontractors; and ensures reporting procedures are followed.
Analyzes data and prepares ad hoc diversity participation records, graphs, and descriptive data; organizes data into report formats, graphs, and charts for presentation to management teams.
Monitoring contracts, ensuring supplier diversity commitments are best met or exceeded, and communicates with Airport staff concerning contracts not meeting their supplier diversity commitments.
Administering and maintaining a computerized contract compliance tracking system and identifies audit discrepancies that require additional staff attention.
What you need:
Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or a related field.
Two (2) years of professional-level experience in analyzing and interpreting public sector contracts for compliance with governmental rules and regulations or two (2) years of progressively responsible administrative experience in minority/women/disadvantaged program areas.
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
Possession of a valid Class C driver's license.
What we desire:
Two (2) years of professional-level experience in managing a diversity management software system or computerized contract compliance tracking system.
Knowledge of Oracle applications, B2Gnow Diversity Management System, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Report Builder 3.
0 Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat Illustrator.
