Supports the HR Compliance team.
Responsibilities include faxing/scanning US Customs results, collecting USPS forms and checking for accuracy, database entry and working with IBM via SharePoint.
Interact with SK8 and station management by phone and email.
Collecting completed Fingerprint Applications and checking for accuracy, scanning fingerprints and transmitting to the Clearinghouse.
The position includes on-phone and off-phone assignments.
The position also includes filing, copying and scanning.
You will be trained to understand and explain information to assist hiring managers bringing recalls/transfers/new hires onboard with .
May include some travel.
Will rotate between SV8 and DFW Airport.
Qualifications High School diploma or GED 1
year of experience Excellent decision making capabilities and strong organizational skills Able to concurrently handle multiple responsibilities Must have excellent communication skills Proficient in Access, preferred Strong working knowledge of Excel Familiarity with transmitting fingerprints, preferred Familiarity with fingerprint applications, preferred Ability to work well in a team environment Must be available to work rotating shifts including some weekends Job Type:
