6 Full-time 4 hours ago Full Job Description How will your role impact First Command? This position provides high-level administrative support for the President & CEO and First Command Bank (FCB) senior leadership.
The Executive Assistant interacts with the bank Board of Directors, attends all bank board meetings, compiles agenda, takes minutes of the meeting, finalizes minutes for bank records, serves as the Assistant Secretary of FCB.
Administratively supports the Asset Liability Committee (ALCO), Trust Investment Committee (TIC), Compliance Committee, and Directors Loan Committee (DLC).
The Executive Assistant deals with highly confidential information at the highest management and regulatory levels and must always exercise company-wide discretion.
This position calls for significant individual initiative in completing and anticipating tasks that reflect a high level of corporate responsibility.
What will you be doing? Provide administrative and advisory support for the President & CEO of First Command Bank and senior bank leadership to maintain an effective governance environment Prioritize correspondence, mail, and documents for signature and maintain the calendar Coordinate department meeting logistics and agenda, including the conference room and audio/visual logistics Make travel arrangements, track, and manage expense report submissions Manage, track, and code invoices and contracts for review and approval by the President & CEO of FCB or appropriate senior bank leaders and processes according to company standards Plan, coordinate, and execute the tasks leading up to the monthly bank staff meeting, quarterly Board of Directors meeting, and Safety and Soundness exams by the OCC Participate in various First Command Bank Governance Meetings:
Attend Quarterly Bank Board Meetings, compile the agenda, and provide all necessary documents for meeting to board members and staff; suspense's action items for follow-up, take minutes and finalize for inclusion in bank records Attend Bi-Monthly Asset Liability Committee meetings; research competitors' products and rates; take the minutes and maintain for bank records Attend Bi-Weekly Directors Loan Committee (DLC) meetings; record minutes and maintain action items from DLC Chairperson for inclusion in bank records Attend quarterly Trust Investment Committee meetings; record minutes and provide administrative support to staff and board members, as needed Attend quarterly Compliance Committee meetings; record minutes and provide administrative support to staff and board members, as needed Maintain an efficient flow of information between all ELT members, outside directors, internal and external contacts on a broad spectrum of the organization's plans and priorities.
Perform ad hoc research and conduct special projects at the FCB CEO's request Research various competitors and products on internet websites Prepare rate change information to begin rate changes on the public website and in the core system, including notification to field advisors and bank lobby Process all incoming correspondences received, prioritizing, and determining their disposition.
Direct mail to appropriate internal staff.
Draft responses for the FCB CEO's signature based on activities, interests, priorities, etc.
Serve as the FCB subject matter expert during the document coordination process.
Assist mortgage department by posting GL entries for income on each closed mortgage.
Perform audit of closing disclosures to monitor targeted income numbers.
Perform bi-annual user access review for the Federal Home Loan Bank system.
All other duties as required What skills/qualifications do you need? Banking or Financial Services experience preferred PACE, CAP, or a similar Professional Administrator certification is a plus (First Command Bank will support training and certification) Education High school diploma required Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Work Experience Minimum of ten years of executive-level administrative support experience.
Minimum of ten years in an administrator or business process role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requires excellent oral and written communication skills Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Must be detail-oriented and possess good organizational skills.
Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Must be able to perform research on the internet and assimilate information.
Must be able to work independently and without supervision.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work with executives, coordinate a high volume of diverse assignments, effectively handle competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use good judgement in making independent decisions with a high degree of tact and diplomacy.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
