The Superintendent will be the company's representative for commercial construction projects and will manage it from start to completion.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Have a Minimum of 2 years as a General Contractor Superintendent and has completed Retail, Grocery, Gas Stations, Restaurants, or financial institution projects Ground up / New Construction, Remodels, Build outs, TI's, Renovation experience This position requires the ability to travel Regionally and/or Nationally Must be able to provide project list WHAT'S ON OFFER Great base salary ranging from $85,000
