Quick Apply Contract 3 hours ago Full Job Description Maintain and optimize our software asset management system Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and contracts Software review/audit research, analysis, and professional engagements with software providers Monitor and report on software usage and license utilization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software asset management processes and policies Provide training and support to end users on software asset management best practices Identify and resolve software license and compliance issues Work directly with service provider, application development teams, and business partners to gather requirements for usage reports, contractual entitlement usages, and ongoing support/maintenance of software renewal.
Monitor contractual service provider delivery through Service Level Agreements and ULA's Oversee and provide leadership in driving business value via efficient use of infrastructure assets through monitoring and ongoing evaluation of usage statistics and trending data Responsible for ensuring service provider security and audit compliance per service contract Responsible for software lifecycle reporting, and software negotiations Working ServiceNow, SAMPro, or Flexera experience Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint experience Strong report writing and data analytic skills Strong personal organizational skills Ability to work well in groups or autonomously Job Type:
