Our senior leadership is hands on and will help you develop skills that pull your business and sales acumen to higher levels.
This position is responsible for daily outside sales activities focused on building and maintaining referral relationships while working closely with multiple therapy clinics to plan and implement sales strategies.
The ability to analyze market trends and strategize for new patient growth will include coordinating and executing of sales tasks, timely communication with clinics and leaders, and performing various other duties.

Develop and maintain relationships leading to increased referrals within an assigned territory Perform daily calls to referral sources and other designated targets to drive new patient growth and achieve budgeted visits Coordinate and attend in-person meetings with healthcare professionals and provide education on company services Gather feedback from referral sources and assess competition in the market to provide strategy suggestions Communicate with leaders and local market on a frequent basis Assist leadership in developing referral strategies and promotions to achieve clinic and market goals Promote and maintain customer relationships while providing feedback to therapy teams Document all activities including client information, calls, and meetings in CRM Seek input from Physicians/Administrators/Staff/Patients/Referral Sources to proactively gain referrals and monitor customer satisfaction Meet new patient targets and seek to surpass a standard of excellence Complete daily tasks and assignments to drive projects forward and produce outstanding results Display professional conduct and personal characteristics that represent the company's core business values.
Demonstrate a helpful, positive attitude while supporting others on these values both inside and outside the company Communicate effectively to ensure clarity and understanding of the message.
This involves recognizing the importance of effective listening and understanding the concerns of others when delivering information Assist with hosting events designed to increase networking efforts, clinic visibility and PRN's reputation via lunch and learns, in-services, social events, etc.
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
AA degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of sales experience in the service or healthcare industry Preferred knowledge in the rehab industry Formal sales training and skills in marketing and business strategy Experience with CRM systems Clean driving record required.
Excellent customer service skills and aptitude for working collaboratively with healthcare providers Knowledge of healthcare industry and medical terminology Self-starter with high degree of drive, initiative, and follow through to meet deadlines Skilled at multi-tasking and communicating in a team environment Strong organization skills and ability to analyze internal and external information to impact sales decisions Must possess the ability to follow and anticipate trends impacting the marketplace Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Daily travel within assigned territory What We Offer:
