is the leader of at-home private swim instruction in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The Swim Instructor is responsible for instructing swimming lessons in accordance with Fast Fins policies.
This is currently a Seasonal Part-Time Summer position with possibility of extension into fall and spring - in-water training will start right away at a Fast Fins indoor location.
What we are looking for:
Love for swimming and working with kids Positive energy and attitude Adaptable to different child behaviors Be CPR/First Aid certified (we can help you become certified) Reliable means of transportation Swimming Instruction experience preferred Minimum age 18 Minimum 40 hours of paid training Mostly available during the week 1-7pm
Responsibilities:
Instruct swimming lessons according to the Fast Fins techniques.
Present, demonstrate, and teach material in one-on-one situations.
Schedule lessons using Fast Fins app and communicate with parents effectively about scheduling and their child's progress.
Ensure the safety of participants and supervise participant activities.
