Responsibilities Job Duties Provides support in reporting and conducting analysis for agency-wide compensation project Collaborates with Compensation Analyst team and Compensation Supervisor to provide updates on compensation matters Performs data entry from employee records for analysis and inputting into Excel Provides analytical support to collect and analyze information abstracted from employee records Makes decisions based on compensation research Qualifications 2
years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation, Finance, or Accounting Experience and proficiency with Excel spreadsheets College degree or equivalent professional work experience in onboarding, reviewing job descriptions, or research.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
