Job Description:
Planning SME This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple immediate requirements across Martin Aeronautics Lines of Business.
Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, heavy emphasis on proposal schedule development; review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost.
Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs.
Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis.
Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required.
Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience.
Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.
Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations.
Must have experience with an Enterprise Scheduling Tool:
Deltak Open Plan, MS Project, Primavera (P6).
Open Plan experience strongly preferred.
Required Skills:
Experience using an Enterprise Planning Tool (Open Plan strongly preferred) Program Master/Scheduling Experience Aerospace/Aviation (preferred) Proposal Schedule development, BOE knowledge (preferred) Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
