Summary:
A senior HR generalist works in the field of human resources.
The duties of a senior employee in this position include managing various HR tasks and operations.
Your responsibilities can consist of acting as a liaison between employees and management, administering benefits packages, negotiating contracts, and handling recruitment and hiring tasks.
In some cases, a senior HR generalist helps set company policy for employee behavior and expectations.
You may also coordinate professional development opportunities for employees in your organization.
As a senior member of the human resources department, you ensure compliance with employment laws, including documentation and reporting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the entire employee life cycle Manage the Pre-hiring and onboarding:
Responsible for the contract preparation and onboarding and orientation Responsible for international mobility:
Visa & Emigration processes, landing package Responsible for drafting and amending HR documents i.
e.
, contracts, university collaboration agreements, bonus, salary reviews, warnings, voluntary and involuntary terminations, probation periods, PIP, final settlements etc.
Responsible for the off-boarding process including exit interviews Responsible for creating and maintaining various databases and staff records Provide guidance to employees and Managers to resolve employee questions, issues or concerns and lead employee engagement Partner with Managers to design and deliver targeted solutions aligned with accomplishing company goals Advise and advocate on HR policies, procedures, and programs to promote company culture and compliance Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics such as; time to hire and employee turnover rates Manage the annual employee performance review process Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, help to improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention Coach management team on performance management discussions, labor relations issues, discipline matters, and promotion/transfer/termination discussions Responsible for understanding, interpreting, and appropriately applying employment regulations, effectively implementing all the legal requirement and updates to define and maintain company legal policies Stay up to date on legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance Any other duties assigned by management Qualification Standards:
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of employment/labor laws Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach Additional HR training will be a plus
Experience:
BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field At least 5-7 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist #indfull Quick Apply.
