Position Overview:
Silver Creek Materials is seeking an experienced NetSuite Systems Architect to join our team as we transition from QuickBooks and Counterpoint accounting systems to NetSuite! This individual will be the Silver Creek Materials Project Manager, to include the Point of Contact for the NetSuite Integration consultant team during the design and integration phase and subsequently, be responsible for the administration and continued improvement of the NetSuite ERP system at Silver Creek Materials.
This will include maintenance and enhancements to existing NetSuite platform through additional interfaces/integrations, customizations, scripts, workflows, dashboards, reports, saved searches, etc.
; assisting internal users in in identification of business needs and processes; assisting the NetSuite Integration team in migrating legacy data and integrating several other existing software programs into the NetSuite ERP; supporting and evaluating the User Acceptance Testing and the parallel run testing (if required) to ensure a seamless launch in the actual Go Live cutover ; and reporting the issues and progress to our C-suite leadership.
This position requires a highly dedicated individual who can deliver results in a fast paced, ever-evolving environment and serves as the technical subject matter expert SME for our NetSuite ERP.
Responsibilities:
? Perform a regular review of Silver Creek Material's NetSuite implementation to identify and address outstanding issues and collaborate with stakeholders on recommended optimizations.
? Ensure accountability of the NetSuite Integration team for the agreed upon Scope of Work, schedule, and fee, executing the appropriate Change Management process when applicable.
? Ensure timely resolution of issues or roadblocks and appropriately escalate to upper management when necessary.
? Communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to plan and implement configuration and enhancement requests, ensure system integrity, and address system errors to maintain the smooth functioning of business processes.
? Implement and maintain 3rd party integrations, including but not limited to, E-Maintenance, Salesforce CRM, SMS Turbo, and other native systems.
? Serve as the technical point of contact and provide day-to-day production support to our end users with a focus on customer service.
? Maintain user roles/access and assign appropriate permissions/levels of access.
? Perform mass updates on a schedule or by demand.
? Stay up to date with recurring NetSuite releases, review relevant features and functionalities with our business teams, and create plans to implement.
? Create detailed technical documentation for new and existing changes.
? Assign cases to 3rd party managed services providers and ensure resolutions delivered timely and in accordance with procedures.

Required Skills:
? Experience in developing work breakdown structures, schedules, budgets, risk management plans quality goals and project implementation plans ? Experience with Cloud platform services ? Ability to influence and coordinate the efforts of others and drive consensus across a diverse group of functional, technical, and business resources with conflicting or competing priorities.
? Ability to coordinate a team of employees, vendors, and managed service providers to implement projects, enhancements, and improvements to our NetSuite ERP.

Required
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering or Computer Information Systems or related field.
? 3
years hands-on senior level experience in a NetSuite Systems Architect role in a fast-paced, complex environment.
? 3
years as a Project Manager for ERP solutions, PMP certification is a PLUS.
? Deep Experience in leading business process design and requirements sessions.
? Deep experience leading project teams consisting of both functional and technical resources at all levels of seniority within an organization.
? Deep knowledge of API driven integrations leveraging an iPaaS/Middleware platform.
o Ability to map, build, test, deploy, and support integrations on a low-code integration platform.
? Deep understanding of the functional processes and technical capabilities of the NetSuite Platform.
o Ability to identify best usages of SuiteScript vs.
SuiteFlow or need for 3rd Party SuiteApp.
? Proven track record of being able to distill complex business requirements into technical solution specifications and drive execution of development ? Proven experience with all NetSuite customizations and tools, including but not limited to search, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteCloud.
? Experience supporting and/or implementing opportunity and fulfillment, order-to-cash, billing, record-to-report, and procure-to-pay.
? NetSuite Administrator preferably with SuiteCloud Developer or SuiteFoundation certification.
? Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or other SaaS software platforms.
? Proficient in Office Suite products, especially Excel.
