Job Description:
As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and administrating the People department's day-to-day operations and supporting its long-term goals and objectives.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the following:
1) HR Management 2) HR Department Development 3) People pipeline and growth What does success look like? The department is well organized and visible to build cross-department dependencies.
Provide consistent administrative support to ensure a smooth flow of department operations Clear communication and follow-up on projects and goals throughout the year Employees are engaged with the people department, and it is established in the workflow.

Monthly - Bamboo audit reports Compliance protects Red Door and anticipates legal requirements HR Systems are established, trained, and fully functioning People process tracking and compliance across the org We are excited to work with an experienced people/HR manager to help maintain, grow and transform our current People Department.
