Position Summary The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the onsite office.
This includes the collection, entry, and submission of payroll information, the management of training and safety paperwork, management of invoices, and site HR action items.
He or she will coordinate daily activities with the General Superintendent, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Division Operations Director.
The office manager will also implement staff processes and maintain administrative systems.

Follows up and ensures safety audits are completed accurately and timely.
Identifies critical issues and assists in the development of improvement procedures.

What we expect (Essential Functions) Adheres to government laws and regulations and established rulings of government authorities including building codes, safety regulations.
Ordering, restocking and maintaining supplies and inventory for break rooms, restrooms, office products.
Coordinating work with support services (ARC, IT, HR, Safety, Corporate Facilities).
Subject matter expert on all contract administration functions within the project life cycle.
Develops the audit standards process for contract organization including the maintenance of contract files and the contract preparation process.
Coordinate resources to achieve project goals.
