Summary:
The Entry Level HR Generalist will manage the Human Resource tasks and operations.
You will play an integral part of making Probe a great place to work.
Your day-to-day activities will include managing payroll, handling employee issues related to benefits and PTO as well as helping to make sure we have the proper policies in place to provide our employees the work place they deserve.

Payroll administration.
Manage the entire employee life cycle:
Pre-hiring and onboarding:
Orientation Termination Responsible for maintaining staff records accurately.
Develop and maintain policies to promote company culture and compliance Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, help to improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention Responsible for understanding, interpreting, and appropriately applying employment regulations Stay up to date on legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance Any other duties assigned by management Qualification Standards:
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of employment/labor laws Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel; Excellent communication and people skills Aptitude in problem-solving A willingness to learn and try new things.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
