Provides administrative support to the compensation team for a agency-wide company project Performs data entry from employee records for analysis and inputting it into Excel Capable of making decisions on research Provides analytical support to collect and analyze information abstracted from employee records Collaborate with Compensation Analyst team and Compensation Supervisor to provide updates on compensation matters.
Provides support in reporting and conducting analysis for agency-wide compensation project 2-3 years of prior experience in Human Resources, Compensation, Finance, or Accounting Required knowledge of Excel spreadsheet Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines Able to adapt quickly to changing requirements and focus Must be able to work independently, work in a diverse team-oriented, professional, and fast paced environment Job Type:
