Summary:
Responsible for the overall accurate entry payroll, accounts payable and receivable for a Senior Living Community.
Community contact for human resources, payroll, and coordinating with applicable human resource representative.
Maintains positive professional relations with employees, residents and family members.
JOB DUTIES:
Entry of all accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll New Hire Paperwork and other payroll related paperwork Process deposits and refunds Process Expense Reports Office Supply Orders Maintain organized and complete resident and employee files.
Create timely, accurate resident billing statements to avoid concerns Resolve billing questions timely and satisfactorily.
Accurate, organized records of all financial related information Point person for community Human Resources
Qualifications:
At least one year of bookkeeping experience, preferably in multi-family or senior housing industries or equivalent experience and education.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Experience processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Experience processing payroll and related paperwork.
Experience with human resources and benefits paperwork.
Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English.
Possesses sound organizational and time management skills.
Possesses good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to utilize the computer and related software programs.
Ability to work within strict timelines Confidentiality:
Understands responsibility to maintain confidentiality with financial records, employee payroll, and resident issues.
EMPLOYMENT STATUS Salaried, Full - Time Exempt The Salary Range for this position is:
$60-70k.
