Summary:
The Business Analyst is responsible for managing activities and personnel to provide operational support for production, product performance, business development, and documentation control.
Essential Duties:
Directly responsible for managing the IQMS ERP system.
Assists with ensuring AP, Order Entry, Invoicing, PO's, Purchasing, and Document Control are performed properly in IQMS system.
Manages Purchasing Coordinator and Customer Service including time and attendance and performance management.
Assist in control of:
Scheduling, Customer Relations/ Issues, Authorization.
Works with Engineering for IQMS control and labeling.
Participates in the planning and scheduling of production as they relate to documentation.
Manage a high volume of incoming work orders, invoicing, and AP in a timely and efficient manner.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Ability to analyze customer inquiries and determine means of resolution.
Required Skills and
Qualifications:
Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of steel design, processes and planning principles and procedures preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers, production personnel and office staff.
Previous experience managing IQMS or similar ERP system required.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
