The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help the growth of clients for LexLin Marketing Co.
- a new Fort Worth-based marketing agency with clients who produce luxury goods and services.
The Marketing Specialist should be a Jack or Jill of all marketing trades.
Looking for someone who can copywrite, design, project manage, and analyze campaigns.
Experience with Canva a plus.
Experience with social media platforms a plus.
A basic understanding of the use and function of the Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
This position is a contract position with a flexible schedule.
Work-from-home will be permitted after training has been completed.
Anticipating 10 - 20 hours a week of work.
Responsibilities Help manage the marketing needs of brands in the luxury goods and services space Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative and effective marketing campaigns Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, AdWords, etc.
) Design posters, flyers, and other print and digital media assets Assist in analyzing and documenting marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.
) to help shape future marketing strategies Undertake individual tasks of marketing plans as assigned Skills Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.
) Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools major plus Well-organized and detail oriented Exceptional communication and writing skills BA in marketing, communications or equivalent Job Type:
